if you have this ---- on the front of your box simple download this file to your computer and unzip it.when its unzipped just drag it to your usb device.do not worry about the way the name of bin looks.turn off your viewsat ultra plug in your usb and turn on from the back,sit back dont touch anything and it will fix your box.
