Decided after the long wait to subscribe to Charlie but when they came to install my services I noticed they installed a different dish called turboHD dish and its pointed to a different satellite other than the 110 and 119, question is once a fix comes out for my extreme will I be able to use this dish?

In one word answer, "Yes". As a tech they probably aimed the new dish to the 72 or 77 west feed which is for local HD programming for most of the east coast and midwest section of the country. Remember whatever is on that sat if a fix ever comes out you should be able to view the programming providing that you have a FTA HD receiver. Hope this helps.

Unfortunately my receiver is not a HD receiver its a viewsat extreme, so I wont be able to use it then unless I buy a HD receiver.

ok so i'm getting tired of watching nothing is a fix in the near future ,or should i bye one of these new sat. recievers ? like what ? my rabbit ears are so snowy that half the time it's not worth watching and i'm tired of watching my old movies so guide me in the right direction please sick of waiting for a fix that may or may not happen a glimmer of hope even would be nice thanks

i have 2 viewsat ultras and am hopeful for a fix but i also have an nfusion and been watching tv for months.no ppv but most channels working.
