I downloaded new fix for dishnetwork viewsat ultralight box, now do I need a program to load it to the box? or just put it on a mem stick and load it in? thanks for any help!!

the one i got off here, it said it would fix the problem with my box, NO?! im in NY. if not when will it come out? and do i ned a progam to load it into my box?

all gone n3 have to wait for a new file for it most receivers r down
