Well, the channels listed above are on Echo 7 at 119.
As for Galaxy 23, looking at the map on lyngsat I would estimate a 1 mtr dish for your location. Not saying you wont get any signal with a 45 cm dish, but won't be great for sure. You may also need a linear LNB for G23, not entirely sure on that, perhaps someone else can be of some more assistance. Cheers,
