and what to do now? I've tried everything. Is my unit dead?
plug has power, switch is on, cables are connected correctly.

Same thing happen to me two days ago i got a bunch of numbers on the front panel and a flashin red light on the back. You know what, my socket or plug was no good. So doble check that and if everything ok, open the box and check your fuse.
