After downloadind nov 21 file. I went to hook up my unit and I have no power.The unit seems dead. Everything i tried doen't seem to work. What can I do?

make sure the power switch is on and then check all your connections. if the cable is not on or tight you will lose power. check it at the receiver and the dish and switch if applicable. also check your plug in for the receiver and make sure it wasnt tripped

i moved unit to a plug that has power and still doent work ( no power), i hooked it up to usb and it wont even power up to download
