Just got a new viewsat pro. Downloaded the loader. When I connect to the STB it says to reset the STB when I power off on the back and turn it back on it starts erasing something it goes from 1/4 2/4 3/4 and 4/4 then when its done I turn off the STB and try to upload the file and it gives me the reset stb message again.... HELP !!!!!!

I followed all the steps and I do not have any satellite 119 or 110

does it say echo 7 or echo 6/8 or 8/10 or 11. if so then echo 7 is 119 and the others are 110 all the same sattelite just upgraded and is now echo 11

ok got echo 7 and echo10/11 now when I get to the step where network setting the instructions say to hit red button and that is not an option I only have the green button (next step) I hit it and nothing happens.

Originally I was trying to download bin VSPRO_081116A is this the correct file ?

also,I have always used Loader2..This VS Pro loader is different. When I open it and hit upload to STB and click on the file... It gives me the same message.. Reset you STB

why not use the usb upload

New at this!!! Viewsat Extreme doesnt have USB. Ok so I plug in the USB and download the program without using the loader ? Also, is this file the coorect one ?
