Having problems with Loader Program

I'm having to use my regular PC since my laptop is in the shop <UGH> and I am having problems with the loader program picking up the download for the latest fix. It's on com port 5 and I'm sure I'm just missing something. Any help would be appreciated! It's a vs7000pvr.

Thanks

That's the port that it shows. Not sure how to change it though. It seems to me that it should be com3 if I remember right. And yes, it won't download at all. Goes straight to boot.
