new veiwsat lite file want load
i cant get the new veiwsat lite file to load. every time a try it says erro
i have redownload it 3 or 4 times and it still want load. any ideas as to why.

Try deleting the original file that you downloaded and try the download again. Occasionally when the server is busy only part of the file will download. The new file works great on the Viewsat Plat/Lite.

thabks, i got it to work. i wiggled the cord and it started to work.
