Greetings to all !!

I just purchased a viewsat 9000HD V2 and the person that recommended me the system is no longer in my city can anyone tell me how I can set this system up starting with what loader I should use and wether it should be thru the USB or by using a (USB to Serial Cable) to load the files what version should I use where to find this. Sorry I am not so good with computers please give me as much help as you can in setting up this system.
