Lost Signal from dish

if anyone could help me...
I have been using a viewsat 9000hd for the past 1 year now. However, when I turned on my viewsat today, I get zero signal/quality. I live in a condo and plugged my receiver to my neighboor's dish (we all share the same dish) and get all signal/qualtiy. Therefore I know that it is not a problem with my receiver.
My question: is it possible that there is a problem with the switch in the basement? is it possible to reset the switches?
Had anyone encoutered this type of problem?
Any solutions?

Try a reboot switch in back off/on and it could be the cables, also I move your post to VS discussion

Don't think so, check your power inserter see if it putting out voltage should be around 26 volts
