The Full MAP EMU is in place but it doesn't mean zero down times. This is a New Timer added to MAP 3C which is causing brief freezing. The solution for the New Timer is found and files are being worked on. They will be released upon completion. Timer values for Mapcall(s) can still be changed or modified by the provider. The Full MAP EMU includes all known Mapcalls, at which it is now that all Mapcalls are all known. The known Timers for Maps are also all included. New Timer values will keep getting added to the Full MAP EMU as new Timers become used like in today’s ECM
