I just swung my dish from Bev to Dish and I am having problems getting the guide info. I presently get about 1-2 hours max on approx 80 percent of the channels.

First am I better to use Auto Scan or Blind scan for Dish?

Is there a specific channel that brings in the guide?

And following are my EPG settings any ideas

Select Guide = All ( Tried Dish no different )
EPG Days = 3
EPG Time Length = 2 Hours
Guide Lines = 7
Reservation Notice = off
EPG TP = E : Default and N= Default
Standy EPG Download = OFF

only auto scan with vs,go to menu go to epg you will see a time at the bottom set it to your closes time then download guide.then turn on cnn and guide will start to show.
