I've done all updates to the box. I'm locked into Echo7 and 8/10. I can see all channels on the bottom part of the screen. Once I change channels I can see the bird that it comes from and then goes to "No Video or audio". The only channels I'm getting so far are 2ea NBA and all the preview channels and that is about it. Would like to have up and running tonight. Not sure if something else has to be loaded or changed manually. Unsure about loading of Keys/codes???? or smartcard???

go into your setting make sure dolby digital is turned off

how do i get the new keys for my captiveworks receiver< i would like to down load them to a usb chip this is my first time trying this and i'm having no luck

check your port setting on your sats, when i load a new bin all my settings change and i have to reset them. on my setup i have E7 on port 1 and E8/10 on port 2. hope this helps.

It all looks good. Both sats have good signal and quality. I'm doing a re-scan for the 100th time. All channels show up at the bottom of the screen and then the message "no video or audio" comes up. Do I have to load keys manually into this box??? All I've done so far is use the file 0926 and have loaded it couple of times too, but the problem still there..... Thanks for any help on this.

I've worked with this thing all day today and I'm tired. My friend got me a FTA phantom when I started all this and it is still working fine. This junk VS has wasted me a whole day and all I get is a blank screen. Anyone wants to buy it, or maybe help me figure out what is wrong with it.... Jumper setting inside, enter keys manually???? at this point I'll listen to anything. Help please.... BTW, the box does not have a Hard Drive in it, does that matter???
