What would cause loader 2 to not download new files to my receiver?
I go through the routine process and it just brings up X error and does not download current file. any help? I tried downloading loader to my computer again but still get same error.

Try deleting the loader off of your computer,download again and then reinstall it.Also make sure that your Zmodem32.dll file is in the same folder that your running the loader from.

Are you using the factory cable that came with your receiver? What receiver are you trying to load?

Null Modem Serial Cable = Cable used to load bins from computer to ViewSat 2000 Ultra, ViewSat Ultra Lite and various other ViewSat STBs.

Straight Thru Serial Cable DB9 = Cable used to load bins from computer to CoolSat 5000 and various other CoolSat SBTs.
