I need some help from anyone in the know. I did a factory default for the first time ever and everything seemed to go crazy. I have double channels that won't go away and my echostar 10/11 now became echostar 6/8. How can I change it back to the way it was? Also I am now missing some channels as well. For example, I am missing the 119 Bio Channel and also the second VH1 channel. If someone could help me with this stuff I would really appreciate it.

The simplest thing to do is to factory default again>then load latest fix>check antenna settings>autoscan.Should fix you up.

I have already done that a million times. The echostar 6/8 will not switch to echostar 10/11 and I did the channel scan more times than I can remember. I am freaking out a bit about this. Please help...

reload factory file then newest bin set settings rescan.

Have you loaded the sat file? That is in the reciver area under your model,what it does is reset your reciever to echo 10 and 11 that should put you back where you want to be and than new file and rescan. Let us know if this works for you!!
