I NEED A LITTLE HELP! WHAT DISH&LMB ON MY NEW ULTRA VS2?
I HAVE A 500 DISH WITH PRO LMB AND 500 WITH PRO PLUS. WHICH
WOUL BE BETTER OR MAYBE NEITHER! I HAD PANSTAT 3500SD BUT
SOMEONE PROGRAMED MY SD CHIP AND MADE IT EASY FOR ME BUT HE HAS SENSE LEFT THE STATE. NOW I WANT TO LEARN TO DO MY
OWN. HELP FROM ANYONE WOULD BE GREAT!

LNB Type: Standard (if using Legacy), OCS-DP (if using Dish Pro)
LNB Freq: 11250

Sat Name: Echostar 7
Transponder: 12239
LNB Type: Standard (if using Legacy), OCS-DP (if using Dish Pro)
LNB Freq: 11250
disecq port 1


either dish will work just fine for you. the dish with the pro lnb has 2 ports for 2 receivers and the pro plus has 3 ports for 3 receivers. you can use either one to get your receiver to work. you will have to go into your menu and set your settings for the sats that i have posted above. when you go into the the menu and set up each sat scan it while you are there to get the channels you need. once you have both sats scanned then load the latest file and your watching tv

Hey willeb you are going to have to load latest file before scanning or will not pick up transponders for your channels,you will only pick up free to air channels with out it. Have fun and enjoy!!!!

to: master of disaster my screen only gives me two chooses on lmb,s universal
or standard. would pro or pro-plus work on universal or should or just buy a
legacy? don,t mean to be a pest!
