Glad to see you found the "Viewsat Discussion" to post in.

I will confirm 100% that the Xtreme is working on both Bev and Charlie at this time. There is a small bug that the coders will fix at some time but you can watch TV.

If you are seeing Auto-Roll make sure first that the receiver has the latest release. Go to....Menu..System Information..Receiver Info...(look for)..DBPSW-0814X

If this is correct put the receiver on CNN (Charlie Satellite) or A-Lon (Bev) and wait say 10 minutes. If no picture toggle OFF the rear switch and then on again and go back to the channel for auto-roll again.

Have noticed that once you go to another channel it might say auto-roll so just go up one channel and back again to the channel you want.

If you are still not getting the picture

Do a Factory Default...(do not set up antenna info yet)... Load the 080814X release again (could have not gotten the full download)... Factory Default again then setup antenna information again and go to the channel mentioned above for the auto-roll.

Note: Auto-roll and NO signal are two different issues. On ...Menu..Installation... antenna setup.. choose your satellite and you should see signal and quality. Plus the name of the satellite you select should also show up above the satellite chosen and in the area directly across from "Antenna Setup".

If you do not get the Xtreme going let us know the dish setup you have, if you are using a DisEQc switch and any other information that you can give so we can help.
