NEW VS Pro

I have ventured from CS to a new Viewsat pro and am using a motor to adjust dish....on the CS during setup, the Sat looking at is identified making it easy to store.....I can't get the Vewsat Pro to id the Sat it is looking at to store into memory......is it supposed to....if so, can anybody suggest what I am doing wrong?

Have not got the Pro but was looking around for something to help. I did find this thread which has information on setting up the Pro. I will look for more info.

Thx.....I appreciate your efforts....I have that guide and have look at others also.....most refer to setting up on fixed multi LNB Dish......

Yes, you are correct... Have not been able to find anything on setup mentioning the motor setup. Have setup an Xtreme with a motor in the past but it has been some time back.

You were using the motor with the CS correct? If so I know your motor is fine it is just the setting in the Pro. Really hope a Pro user steps up with help....
