not sure what the problem was with this thing so I got a friend to bring over his it worked fine so all I did was clone it and now everything is good , I have had this vs-2000 for 2 years worked great till now , and now it works great again thanks for all the help people .

If all else fails CLONE it.

At some point when you have time you might want to do another factory re-set and load the most recent SatFile then again setup the info and scan.

For now you are up and running but if you have issues again I would do the SatFile. Weird that it would show Nimiq1 at 30...
