This the way I do get delete all channels or factory reset and then do a blind scan Verical only and I get all channels D/N & bev no problem

Ok, but when I do a blind scan it just jumps back to the BLIND SCAN menu and nothing saves.......

Had this posted before for someone who had the same problem. I had this happen on a ViewsatPro, and was told to do this, and after doing so, it worked great. Try setting your LNB to 11250 twin logic 1. Then do the auto scan.
