Here is an status update on Frank Gore:
49ers coach Mike Singletary confirmed that RB Frank Gore has
recovered from his ankle strain and will play Sunday at
Houston in Week 7. The team's running game slumped without
Gore and now the 49ers are only 16th-ranked in rushing and
31st overall in total offense.

The 49ers' star running back has missed the last two games
because of a right ankle he injured on his only carry during
a 27-24 loss at Minnesota on Sept. 27. Gore returned to
practice last week during the bye and should be a must-start
Fantasy option for the Week 7 game.
