Unhappy im new to Sonicview 360P

Hi, I just got my FTA receiver with the ihub. I tried to upload the latest software for the receiver n the IPs but still couldn't get any channels. What do I need to do to get the channels?

Have you updated your ihub to 1.4 and are you using the latest files?

What are your settings?

Yes, I upgrade it to ihub 1.4 and got the latest file of version 2.45


Static setting:

Local IP: 192.168.0.7
Local port: 80
Subnet:255.255.255.0
Gateway: 192.168.0.1
Use DNS: no
Server IP: 77.93.75.115
DNS IP: 192.168.0.1
Port: 80
Serial Num: 00 00 00 00 00 00 00

DHCP:

Use DNS: Yes
Domain Name: SVFTAIKS.COM
DNS IP: 192.168.0.1
Server Port: 80
Serial Num: 00 00 00 00 00 00 00

y have to write ur dongle serial nub.

server port must be 1920 as per manual,
serial number has to be filled in as per manual.
maybe you should read it again.
local port is 80, server 1920

What they are saying is that all 0's serial number at the bottom of your listing has to be manually put in through the menu (with your 360 remote). They started checking for it about a month or so ago. The number is on the ihub and the letters/numbers are very small, so use a magnifying glass if necessary. No serial number=no tv!

ok is the serial number on the ihub? hmm i entered the #s but still no tv...
