enter 0000 all across serial number, apply, reboot, tune on 100 or 101 till you get picture than on 200 or 300.
obviously you'll get " SCRAMBLE " but that's OK, let it sit there for a min or two.
now go back and enter correct serial number, use magnifying glasses or a younger pair of eyes, letters are very look alike.
possible confussions " a " with " c ", " 1 " with " f ", " e " with " 0 ", " d " with " a ".
click apply, reboot and you should be fine.
leave it with USE DNS - YES

lol i cant even get any channels... tried to get it from setting of the dish n scanning but no channels. that's where im stuck at. not even 1 channel show up.

that's a different story altogether
post dish settings, did it ever worked ?

sounds right, what S and Q do you have ?
do you get a LOCK ?

signal and Q are 0 lol. i tried switching around with the TP, it gives me 54% Signal but still failed at searching...
