hello people

I have a sv 8000 and been away from dish as of june when all the changes came around. I have internet on my laptop don't know from what neighbor but really good signal. My Q: is if i buy an i hub will it work using my neighbors signal or do i have to get internet service in my house. By the way will we be able to watch the fight between manny pacquiao vs miguel cotto or is sv not working well with this i hub. Thanks in advance sorry don't know nothing about all these changes.

Well to use SV on the net you will need a cable comeing from the modem or the router to connect to the ihub and if ur picking up a wireless signal it is not going to work with it.

you can set a bridge from wireless to ethernet and it will work as long as you provide constant internet connection to iHub

2wire makes a gaming wireless modem that comes with some Uverse receivers,if you can find one of those it should work.
