I'm not going to argue bud,beleive what you want.The hughes guys you talk to on the phone are call centre workers,not techs.I've had to deal with them myself,and have found very few with much real knowledge.
With a lot of traffic of course your browsing speed slows down,think of it like having 5 or 6 tabs open at the same time,then open msn messenger.It's all about bandwidth.
