sonicview 360Elite out on most channels some hbo working but have aq lot of fressing anyone no whats going on.Help please

Sonicview 360 Elite most channels down!
I am experiencing a lot of channels down compared to Thursday when we got a lot of the BEV channels back. Now I have none why is this happening after everything looked so promising on Thursday?

Website has green smiley faces and says most channels working with minimal freezing. What a joke, 4 days with no service.
