Should I buy? SonicView 8000 HD

hello. I have an oppurtunity to buy a sonicview HD 8000 unit with IHUB. What im wondering is if this is a decent receiver and is it 1080P? and are these IKS units very stable? the main reason I want this is for football, but if it constantly blacks out during games i dont want to waste my money? Thanks for any info!

Almost all of the football you can watch is on 91 and Sonicview is lacking on that sat. The freezing is an issue.

I will not recommend the use of Ihub at this time. Very unstable compared to the other iks systems.

The HD box is great, one of the top ones, but not worth using with ihub until issues gets worked out.

I have two SV 8000 HD' s

Until they have this sorted out (if at all) I would wait---after all the units are not cheap after you add the A1 boards and I-Hub.s

IKS if certainly not stable at this time---It has been down for a few days (I-Hub) even as we speak.

Save your money and wait until someone comes up with a decent solution to the N3 problem. Just ask yourself a few questions--is it working right now, has it worked in the past, is the support there or not, is there a solution etc etc.
It is your money--spend it wisely. Right now nothing is stable.
