Are we up or down? - Free To Air TV Forum, FTA Keys and Downloads, Dish Network, Nagravision 3

Im in S. Cali and its 11pm and my sv360 has been out for a couple of hours now. Is anybody else experiencing this? Where can I go to find out if the server is up or down? Any fixes? Thanks in advance.
