Server is down due hard maintenance for upgrade , this time will be longer that usual.
This upgrade will be necessary to Scale more advances released in files to open new features .
That is the importance that keep default setting that I already mention before.

Another C/P from Trombo on Server Status:

As many as you notice already , We try to upgrade server a powerful one ( I toll you guys this like 3 days ago , and also , you read a C & P that someone bring from the main site by Hypercure telling you exactly the same ).
So what basically we try to do is Upgrade server a Powerful one , Again , there is No 4 Servers running separately like a many of you are thinking !!!!.
So Stop To playing around guys !!!.
The reason why you have differents terminals ( 88 , 89 etc ) Is because they are support Terminal , All the receivers doesn't work with 77.93.75.89 , some of them work with 77.93.75.90 or 77.93.75.115.
In this case , this is what you are going to do :

1.- Set any of those IP address to Server IP.

2.- You can use any this for default setting : DHCP or Static .

3.- Now , after you try or change you Server IP , and its work , what you are going to do is move to DNS ( Made sure that you are already running and Up in the TV ) , Move to DNS , ( You should be sit in NO ) So , move it to YES , and it will appear SVFTAIKS , after that , scroll down and press Apply.
When you finish this setting , you can do hard reboot , One time that you finish , TV should be appear.
Now , When server is with freezing , or is Down , you just " Don't Move Nothing " , Just leave it like that , If you go crazy just turn Off TV and do another thing !! , Play with you dog , cat , Wife , Girlfriend , Kids , Etc.

The main reason why You should Don't touch those setting , is because we are Upgrading server and terminal , If you move it around , you will mess with our server capability and You are who destroy and mess with the server !! , No the sever messing with you !! . If you are running in one Configuration ...why you should move it from there ??. ( there is when appears those one ... I cannot watch TV ..Don't know what happens )... You mess Up buddy !! , that is why you don't have TV.
OK , If you are working , just take it easy , don't mess with setting , TV will should back soon or later , Because many receivers working with different Server IP , we try to run Multiples terminal , for all of your receivers , That is why the freezing and inconveniences , but if you start to move it between and tell others try this and that because its work ....
What we are going to do ?? ....We try to fix you problem guys and You are who are producing those failures to the server !! , You mess with SonicView !! ... No Sonic View to You !!.
So next time that you are posting " Crap of server !! , Suck this beta ihub , And Bla - Bla - Bla ".
Thinking in what you are doing at home and what you do to help Us to implement our services for everybody , That is why we cannot add any new channel because you guys mess around and doesn't leave Us to do our job.
And that is why you are who produce more freezing playing around with setting , Over load the Server capability moving Server IP .
So next time thinking about it before complain and posting discrepancies here !!!.

Server Status :

" Up for both Providers without any Kind of Freezing ".

Mine is running with little to no freezing at all for several hours now!
If people follow the instructions that Trombo is giving you will have little to no issues/freezing with your IHubs.

Thanks will do just as you say ,but after doing that ,what should i do with my dns ip? leave it alone ? Or change it to the ip i get when set to DNS IP to no? a( little confused about DNS ip) Ps i hope this makes sense I was running great ,but nothing since friday ,why are some people up and others down, is it do to the ip given to them, or the state they live in ,I Would like to hear your take on this, Thanks to all

Once you set your IP to any of those listed above then move down to DNS and set to YES, and it will appear SVFTAIKS , after that , scroll down and press Apply.
Don't forget to do a hard reboot once evrything is set..you should get tv back.

Did all that ,no luck it was fine 2 day ago,working just great.My question is why are some people up and others down, nothing has changed on my system, did all the reading set to yes , nothing ,tried all 3 ip;s Not a channel ,will set to my last working ip, and just wait!But starting to get heat from wife I have not lost faith yet,will give up on tonight.Thanks to all

If you got the right setting do a reboot and it will show connect, Then should work

I have 2 sv360 elite w/ihub, one work and the other stop, and sometimes both work, but one is always doing better. when I check the wiznet, it shows that one have server ip 77.93.75.89 and the other show 0.0.0.0 when I try to set it up like the other one, it won't stick even when I do a hard reboot, it keep going back to 0.0.0.0
My question is how can I make the other receiver stick to the server IP. it keeps scramble. I have both on DHCP.
Wait....it just came back and the server Ip keep showing 0.0.0.0
I don't know how long will it stay. Any help here please, I don't want to keep changing the setting
