SV 8000 HD IHub

My installer connected the 8000HD to iHub for me, first time all working channels worked. Then all went scarmble channels. He set up again nothing worked. Then we took Ihub and receiver to his house and changed the settings all worked. I brought it back nothing working same message.

What are we doing wrong?

Buddy don't do taht, going from house to house, to test your Ihub man, remember the Ihub still on test,so in mean time to make sure you can watch tv,if for some reason you lost all channels or picture, but you still believe that you a internet on.Just reboot staring from your modem through your box,and back on in the same order, check your IP address and you'll be back on the road again.
