Your settings show that local port is 1920, it is my understanding that it should be 80. You might try that

Well I'm glad that I am not the only person having the same problem! .I have a motorola modem D-link/ MBR-1310 router. My settings are :
Static
Local IP 192.168.0.200
Local Port 80
Subnet 255.255.255.0
Gateway 192.168.0.1
USE DNS Yes
Domain Name WWW.SVFTAIKS.com
DNS IP 192.168.0.1
Server Port 1920
Serial Number xxxxxxxxxx
Apply Yes
These are my settings. I loaded the last bin powered up motem router reciever in that order and did a hard bout. I have lights working in the IHUB. I went to my router and opened port 1920/80. I'm having no luck. It did work when I hooked it up to the motem for five minutes, but you can't use it with a modem, you must use a router. Thanks to all! P.S I hope someone can help me![ I did all the manual read and troubleshooting.]
