Exclamation Renewed Support for Coolsat 4/5/6 Models in October

Renewed Support for Coolsat 4/5/6 Models in October

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------

We are happy to confidently announce that the Coolsat 4000, 5000, 6000 models will be supported (well) from here on out starting October 2008.

We do apologize to all Coolsat 4000, 5000 & 6000 users for the poor support in the past. We did run into some problems with our previous manufacturer for the these models. To make a long story short, we do not work with this manufacturer any longer. All problems with support have been resolved since we now have all source codes in hand. We spent quite a bit of money for this however, we believe it was worthwhile.

We have also reorganized, made new partnerships, and many structural improvements have been made. We believe you will see a very strong support group for ALL Coolsat models from here on out. It should be noted, that it has always been our intension to support ALL Coolsat models past and present.

We appreciate everyone's support in the past and promise to support YOU as best as we can. And look out for renewed support for Coolsat 4000, 5000 & 6000 in October.

Smile Goog news for coolsat 4000.......

Hi

This is very good news indeed.

Can we assume that the bins to be published october and on will also be safe for COOLTEC 4000 pro.

I have four COOLTEC 4000 pro at home and many of my friends have the same.

Thanks for good work

Look this thread wasn't started so you all could bash coolsat or norw, they dont have to support those receivers but they are going back to supporting them, they seen they made a mistake, so enough of the bashing, bashing any reciever or any one is against the rules
