anyone else 'not allowed' to get files i.e. not VIP for about 8 hours now? tks

Im sorry but did you pay for VIP?

Cause only VIP can download files

Earlier this afternoon, Although signed in and a VIP member, the system did not regognize me as a VIP Member. All appears to be ok now. Sorry, I do not have the specific time but I will make a note of it if it happens again.
