Why do I get that I do not have permission to Download files and I need to be VIP member when I am a VIP member already? This seems to happen every second or third time I log in. I am shown as logged in on the screen.

i tell be vip and have fun from hidden sections that only able for V!P

Had the same problem when logging in check the remember me box ,worked for me hope it helps.
