I bought VIP and thought that there is no delays, it is about 2 hours since everything went down and still do not have new file. Is there a fix for VIP's and I just do not know how to access or there is a delay like for everybody else. Is there anyone that can help or explain?

vip means you will beable to access the website and download your fix as soon as it is available. You still must be patient and wait for the techs to find a workable fix. I am also a vip and trust me it is well worth the money you paid. No site offers instant fixes as soon as a unit goes down.

Well, as was posted (Dec 04, 2008 - 12:09 PM - by nikolaalx) on the main page:
1. Get Priority Access To FortecFiles.com - Never Get Locked Out at Busy Times.
2. Enables Downloads! Get The Latest Files First!
3. Enables Keys! Get The Latest Keys First!
4. Access Hidden Forum Sections, Including Downloads (Software, Games, Movies etc..) & Other VIP Lifetime Area's
5. Get Priority Support and much, much more!

But that does not mean you get a fix until the coders figure it out. I'm afraid we're all in the same boat. You have to be patient and wait for a fix.

Check the "fortecfiles.com/satellite-tv-receivers" section to see if there is a fix for your specific receiver. It should appear in the file section.

andrzej2020 First you posted in vip members area you should have posted here Site Bugs, Account Issues & Suggestions I have moved it there for you.

Secondly When files are posted you will be able to access them in http://www.fortecfiles.com/satellite-tv-receivers/

Third always refer to Home Page for current status.

as soon as the files are released from the coders they will be posted just look in the file section of your rec and look at the date for the current file if u see an old date than the new file is not out yet just keep checking we have no ideas when the files will be released
