pay to be a vip but yet when things go down cant get in took me over 8 hours to get the site to actually load but yet all the non vip are on the site whats with that

I was somewhat disappointed that this site was unavailable last night around 9:00 pm. I just recently updated to VIP membership. Last night was the first time I needed to use this site to get a Viewsat file and I was unable to even get the site on my computer. I eventually downloaded the file from another site that I have not paid for VIP membership. I know you have been growing exponentially but will these problems be addressed in the near future??
