A solid word comes from a close source that dreambox has cracked the N3.

TV Cabo and D+ are working flawless. The ROM 240 card has been dumped and now the patch is coming soon!. Just wait and see.. they are encrypting the patch so other lame coders won't copy it.

Forget about all IKS systems.

IKS systems are NOT safe .... nfusion/cnx/sonicview/kbox/neosat all work with IKS technology but the problem is that they all connect to a public server.

Once Bell/DN starts logging the IP .. no good idea to connect to a public server.

All of you have 2 choices.

1 - Wait for IKS less patch file
2 - Until a patch file comes out run a private IKS server. Limited trusted users with controlled user/passes. that way you get TV.

I will post a "DO IT YOURSELF IKS" server (10 min server setup) guide in dreambox section. Enjoy it in few days.

I think no news is better that bad news. We will have a hack for winter, I hope.

If they have an N3 crack/fix why would dreambox be using IKS at all?
Would it not be preferable to go back to stand alone files and USB file updates?

i also remwmber hearing something like this a month ago from d.m

If it was me I'd close this thread.this is a case of a C&Pr not checking dates before posting.There is no hack.

On another site I saw posted a C&P saying that the Blackbird Predator had the fix for "the Nagra".This was posted in satellite testing news on that site.
My response was,HOLY OLD 2004,hope it comes with a time machine.

Don't dismiss this thread, It may be true, Read this on another site, And a very good friend of mine, That is a Super FTA'er has verified this as well, I think it may be a good sign, If they have cracked N3
