I have seen a lot of court documents, Not to say this is a fake, but it could have been manufactured...

thats the news on the net thay had sever in a bad spot.and selling the hub not good.hope thay dont give dn the sever?

Again it would seem to come down to Sonicview selling a product that is legit and them not being responsible for what a 3rd party might do with their product.

Having the server and it being used for iks hopefully was thought through by Sonicview.

I found this document also so it might be true. The date is accurate. We should monitor this situation closely, especially people who is using iks for Sonicview products.
