why are you blocking reports

Why are you so quick to block reports? why can't you let us the members read the reports and let us make our own decisions on what is nothing to worry about.
It would seem to me that you must have something you are hiding about this IKS rumor of investigation.

Also what is up with this XXXXXX site that is claiming to have N3 availible as of July 5th....is there any truth to that and other rumors that someone has broke the N3 code for a day.

Can you guys be a little more up front with us member and maybe set the site to not allow non members to see what is posted here. I mean gee wiz iss this not counter productive if just anyone can read these post...this is how Dish Networks team of programmers are able to combat the hacked code once it is out....what the hell are we paying a membership for if we dont need it.....come on people think about it...you might as well call them and tell them every step you make.

LOL How much upfront can we be??

All info is updated on the front page

If you want to fall for those scam sites that claim to have N3 files than by all means go for it but I bet you they will not have any Stand alone N3 files only thru IKS risking your IP Add thats up to You

but all Info that is current and fact is posted as we get it
We have not held nothing back

now as for rumors and such they are just rumors and real old news thats been reposted to make look like its somthing new

Fact: there is no N3 bin files for any Fta Stb
When: dunno
How long: dunno
but when we do kno it will be posted ASAP

this is one of the best around, the mods here tell it how it is,right now no known public n3,who will be first will have to wait and see.as far as the truth about iks can it be tracked yes.will they go after every end user maybe not but you can bet they will go for some to just make everyone worried.
you wants the closest to a secure iks you will need to learn how to make a SSH tunnel then get your unit to run threw your own private secure encrypted tunnel from you to server of iks server.

first step is read about SSH tunnel just google it.

This is in part a read from elsewhere on the net. Here is a short but concise explanation of why IKS is something that needs to be carefully thought through before moving ahead with it. If one of their servers is compromised (taken over by court order), then the ip's of all who use that server are given up along with the tier authorizations their receiver requested.

At that point it would not be a matter of speculation on the courts behalf; but rather specific proof of exactly what you were watching which you don't have consent from an encrypted provider to receive.

As to factor of who they would hold responsible; that's pretty straight forward in a court of law. They go after all parties involved the manufacturer, the distributor, the serving host as well as the end users. It makes it no less illegal for the end user if the serving host is also doing something against the law.

Yes it would be costly to go after each and every end user, Dave went after many end users at 10k a crack, I don't know how much it is at this point in history, but with rock solid evidence like this it should be a slam dunk for the prosecution.

I don't know how much it would cost them to chase each one down in court but I think the award by the court would provide more than enough to cover court cost and attorney fees.
