Here is alittle info I have found and descovered an figured I'd pass it around since alot of people are using IKS.

IKS Investigation Begins

Alot of stb companies have been cashing in on the sales of Ihubs and Dongles, an now there are investigations beginning by the providers. Unlike with a standalone bins the providers can't do much as the fta receivers are ours and is not the property of echostar, unlike with IKS they can tamper with the cards and servers. This no doubt could be bad news for all of you people currently testing a IKS unit. Below I included the documents showing the investigation, feel free to read them .

xxxxxx and IKS devices out of Florida have indeed been busted along with all pertinent IKS equipment. The court orders signed by judges authorizing seizures are posted on another site.
