I have a weird problem with a 360 E remote, and can use some help.
the SV 360 remote operates my TV at the same time, preventing me from actually using the unit. everytime I press the "ok" button for the unit, it turns off the tv. the exit button turns on the tv setting page, the blue button adjust volume. I tried to program a different tv code ,but that does not work, The SV360 E and and Advent TV seem to have the same frequency. Help ! "T"

Sevega, that was the first thing i tried, changed batteries, no help, each of the previous mentioned button also controls the what is selected on the SV, plus the issues on the tv. I tell ya this is strange. "T"

Does the buttons light up when you press tv, or stb

I think that your remote got wet causing it to short out, That is weird the way it working, try to clean the remote the only thing I can think off

try programming the remote for your tv to run the tv as well. see if that helps. basically use the sv remote as a universal. may be the signals are crossing.

I went through and started from scratch and reset the remote with reverse battery thing, That did not help as for the buttons lighting up the TV button does not before or after. I called Sonicview and they are just as perplexed, however they are going to send a replacement out.. Thanks for your suggestions. "T"
