oh AMD is the way to go bro. costs a little more but well worth the investment. Wife ordered one a few weeks ago and man what a difference. ordering one myself this week
power and performance is out of sight if i may go back to the 70's LOL

Intel Core 2 Quad processor I say is faster for gaming,media and the Core i7 and Intel X58 motherboard hands down takes the best AMD offerings >>> jmo

Thumbs up intel all the way!!!

I would have to say intel all the way! I have tried tha amd and it seems to be alot harder to work with and load programs to. Just my own experiance with them!

intel core 2 quads and i7s are really great for gaming especially for games like crysis but ofcourse u gotta have a nice gpu or 2 too

amd isnt more expensive, amd used to be better, but now intel pulled ahead. Amd is Good and nice and cheap, but intel is still better with performance right now, lets see what happens. im using intel for the first time ever on my system. its about 2 years old now. i think i will go with them again.
