It seems the arrow keys on the front panel are stuck.
I'm have a hard time trying to set the box up.
Any way to disable it?

Have you tried re-booting the receiver? If not toggle OFF the rear switch for a minute then toggle ON again. This fixes many issues just as with freezing on a computer.

Yes I did reboots then I did jtag with b80 and still no good.

when I say stuck, wheather it is left or right, its going all the time.
