Unhappy non functioning Pansat 2700A

Have 2 2700A's that are not working. I can power up, get the ON displayed, but can't access the menu to do anything. Tried downloading new bins, appears to load fine, except seems like the box finishes loading before the flash burning is totally finished. Get nothing on TV screen but snow.
Both are using B-75 and have tried other cables, redownloaded bins, nothing helps. My 6000 and 2800 work just fine. Have Jtag cable, but not sure if that would solve problem.
Help!

you need a straight null cable load factory file then newest bin.maybe do a factory default and do the upgrade again,is this a new problem.

Tried to upload, usually says that it was sucessful, but receiver still doesn't work. Can't do a factory default reset because I can't access the menu screen, the keys on the box and remote don't work.

Have you tried to force load it??? Turn your STB off with the back switch, open your loader, find the Factory Flash, hold the download button down with your mouse, turn the unit on, at the first sign of lights, release the mouse, the bin should start loading. If it doesn't, try again. Timing is critical in doing this. Might get someone to help you flip the switch. Let us know...

if you are seeing snow on the tv and the stb says on it is most likely the tv is not seeing the stb. Common cause. tv and stb not set to same channel. If you are connecting to tv with RCA cable via video jack. Set tv to video one or two depending on connection. If connecting with sat cable from sat out on stb to cable in on tv make sure tv and stb are both set to same channel, (3 or 4). If you can turn off the stb with the remote power button then you know the remote works.
hope this helps

Will try the forced load. As for the TV and receiver on different channel, have tried that, even switched TV, and cables. The second 2700 worked for about a month or so after the first one went, that's why I switched to my 2800.

it really seems like a bad connection to your tv,try the loop out and channel 3 or 4 on your tv,and try different vidoe ports on tv,its not hook up right somewhere,or try a different tv.because even if your reciever did not have the bin in your tv screen would just be black not snow.
