My Pansat 9000 hd freezes every 5 or 10 min. I would appreciate help here. I would like to know if problem is with my receiver or bin file. T.y.

try and do a factory reset and load the new file and rescan. i have that box myself and is working fine. get back with me if that does not work for you.

Mine froze on Bev, turn off autoroll and try again

Thank you for help but I don't think I know how to turn off autorol.

click menu button. scroll down to user set up. hit ok and enter0000. another screen will pop up scroll down to 2nd pin put in 0000 and hit ok. on this screen you will see nagravision on there. scroll to the bottom and click on autroll option. there you can turn it off
