Pansat 3500 SD Dead
My pansat is dead, does not respond and displays only partials some times, some other times not you do not see anything on display. I am not able to reprogram throgh null cable. Nothing looks burn inside. Give me recommendations to fix it, even to send it for repair. Thanks.
