i bought brand new pansat 3500sd...hopefully this is good box...i have dish network dish on roof with twin head...i believe 110 and 119 sat...guys a work warned me that i could fry reciever if i did something wrong so ..what do i do from here please help me i havent got a clue

You must make sure that when hooking all cables etc. the power is turned off on the television and receiver. It would be easiest if you do some reading to familiarize yourself on how to's ect. When asking questions you can write out all of your settings in your note.
