u need mim.28 inch dish. then you need circular lnb which is you can use for 119 and 118 ,,when you set it on unversal ..11250, and 10750

22KHz - On
Search - All
Diseqc - Port 4
Legacy SW - None

Try to use this setting for your dish tv.

You need:

1. 36" or bigger dish

2. Digiwave DGL1889 118.7 special LNB

3. Point at 119 W

4. Scan 119 W at 10750 (not at 11250 as normal LNB's)

5. Scan 118.7 at 11250

6. Wait for a newer bin file from NeoSat, I have tested 118.7 and many channels are not working on IKS yet.

There are some 118.7 that are working however.
