When Kbox first came out it was a coolsat 6100 a sticker was just place on the logo, coolsat has one of the best picture on SD, It's unfair to compare 480i to 1080i when you see a channel on 1080i on a good big lcd screen that's the first channel you tune in and wacthing so that said HD will win over SD anytime...º¿º...

Awesome info. I was thinking of getting me one of them but i don't have NFHD money, but i was told that there is also a monthly fee to access their(Kbox or Nfusion) servers. Is this correct??????

Kbox doesn't make an HD stb (AFAIK). So, should we be comparing NF HD with KBox SD?

There is no monthly fee for the NF HD, but you do need an internet connection up all the time.

This is the blind idiot, according to cmasjoe. The Kbox has the best picture by far of all the SD boxes and, even blind and stupid as I am I can see it.
cmasjoe you may want to rethink before posting anything on this or any site. This site is for help and when I gave my thoughts on Kbox it was to help and not to get slammed by you. So please, post if it is helpful, lay by your dish the rest of the time.

I have both a kb and nf and yeah the kb is a little better quality, but for some reason their server goes down a little more than expected. For the nf it is freezing more than before (maybe maintenance). overall the nf has delivered more reliability. it can be a coin toss, though?

guys question is nfusion HD and kbox SD not nfusion sd and kbox sd. Future is HD and don't try to save $200 for loosing such an amazing HD quality. Kbox does not have HD so comparing SD with HD is useless. When big screen TVs are getting cheaper you really need HD box.
